Students in Forensic Science classes practiced dusting and lifting latent fingerprints from around the EHS campus last week before finishing the Fingerprinting unit.
Learning by doing! It’s Mr. Koop's Principles of Agriculture's annual Ratchet Strap Olympics. Students team up to see who can correctly affix the straps to the trailer the quickest. The winning class gets donuts the next day.

A HUGE congratulations to the Applied Ag Engineering Team of EHS who competed against 36 schools across Texas at Sam Houston University today. Led by Kurtis Koop, they earned 2nd place team in the entire STATE! Individually, the excelled as well-with notable awards for Austin Sommerfield who was 7th, and Brant Peters who landed at the top in 2nd. Way to weld, Edna Ag Mech guys!
